Program

The fair
BTL will be held in the 4 pavilions of the International Fair of Lisbon. The sectors found in each pavilion are as follows:
Pavilion 1- Destination Portugal
Pavilion 2 – Municipalities, Intermunicipal Communities, Wine Tourism, Cultural BTL, Gastronomy
Pavilion 3 –Accommodation, equipment and Services, Meetings Industry, BTL LAB, BTL Village
Pavilion 4 – International Destinations, Distribution, Transports, Tourism Animation

B2B – Meetings
Pre-scheduled B2B appointments (15 minutes each) between buyers and Portugueseexhibitors through the platform will take place on March 16th and 17th, from 10:30am to 1:30 pm in the Hosted Buyers Lounge (between pavilions 2 and 3):
Each Buyer will have an identification number corresponding to the table number where the confirmed meetings will be held.
The online agenda platform will provide the buyer with a list of confirmed meetings, which will include the day, time, company, and contact name, as well as the number of the HB table where you should remain during the considered period.
Important notes:
– Minimum of 9 daily appointments.
– Meetings may be scheduled up to March 14th, after this date, the Platform will be closed .
– Daily meeting evaluation is mandatory

Hotels
Accommodation in 4–5-star hotels in Lisbon is provided by the Organization and includes bed and breakfast. All extras are the responsibility of the guest. Any additional offer will be a courtesy of the Hotel.

Transfers
The organisation does not provide, pick up or drop off service from and to Lisbon Airport. However, you may use a service provided by a partner company with special conditions for BTL guests.

The transfers to the Hotels-FIL/BTL -Hotels on March 16 and 17 are guaranteed according to the following schedules:

Post tours
The Post tours are offered by the Tourism Promotion Agencies from the various regions of Portugal and will take place from 18 March on.
Each participant, depending on the chosen destination, will be informed of the pick-up point of departure and an eventual accommodation in Lisbon, in case there is no available flight on the day of return. day

Social Program
– The social program may incur alterations per reason of force majeure, however, the participation in the Coffee Network on March 16 and 17 as well as the dinner on the 16th is mandatory.
BTL Lounge Hosted Buyers, is a specific area that BTL provides on March 16 and 17 for international buyers, located between pavilions 2 and 3 , and consisting of two areas:
-Meeting area, where meetings will be held on March 16 and 17 between 10:30 am and 1 pm
– Coffee Lounge – where the Coffee Network will take place with finger food, and drinks at lunchtime and during the afternoon.

BTL -Badges
– The entry Badge to BTL will be provided by the BTL hostess on the bus o the morning of the 16th.
Hosted Buyers who travel directly to BTL will retrieve their badge in the registry at FIL main entrance (Grand Hall).

A Feira
A BTL decorre nos 4 pavilhões da Feira Internacional de Lisboa. Em cada pavilhão, podemos encontrar os seguintes sectores:

B2B – Reuniões
As reuniões B2B pré-agendadas (15 minutos cada) entre compradores e expositores portugueses através da plataforma, terão lugar nos dias 16 e 17 de Março, das 10:30 às 13:30 no Hosted Buyers Lounge (entre os pavilhões 2 e 3).
Cada comprador tem um número que o identifica, e que corresponde ao número da mesa onde irão decorrer as reuniões confirmadas.
A plataforma de agendamento disponibiliza ao comprador a lista de reuniões confirmadas, que incluirá o dia, hora, empresa, e nome de contacto, bem como o número da mesa HB onde deverá permanecer durante o período considerado.
Notas importantes:
– Mínimo de 9 marcações diárias.
– Poderá marcar as suas reuniões até 14 de Março, a Plataforma será encerrada após esta data.
– É obrigatória a avaliação diária das reuniões efectuadas.

Hotéis
O Alojamento em hotéis de 4-5 estrelas em Lisboa é oferecido pela Organização e inclui dormida e pequeno-almoço. Todos os extras são da responsabilidade do convidado. Qualquer oferta adicional será uma cortesia do Hotel.

Transferes
A organização não assegura o serviço de pick-up ou drop-out de e para o Aeroporto de Lisboa. Contudo, poderão recorrer a um serviço que será efectuado por uma empresa parceira, com condições especiais para os convidados BTL.

Serão garantidos os transferes dos Hotéis – FIL/BTL – Hotéis nos dias 16 e 17 de Março, de acordo com os seguintes horários:

Excursões Pós-Tours
Os Pós- tour são oferecidos pelas Agências de Promoção de Turismo das várias regiões de Portugal e terão lugar a partir do dia 18 de Março.
Cada participante, em função do destino escolhido, será informado do local de pick-up de partida e eventual alojamento em Lisboa, caso não exista, no dia de retorno, vôo de regresso à sua proveniência.

Programa Social
O programa social poderá sofrer alterações de força maior, contudo, a participação nos Coffee Network dias 16 e 17, bem como o jantar de dia 16 são obrigatórios.
BTL Lounge Hosted Buyers A BTL disponibiliza, dias 16 e 17, um espaço específico para os compradores internacionais, o BTL Lounge Hosted Buyers, localizado entre os pavilhões 2 e 3, compreendendo 2 áreas:
– Área de reuniões, onde terão lugar as reuniões dias 16 e 17, entre 10h30 e as 13h00;
– Coffee Lounge – Onde se realiza o Coffee Network e com acesso a a finger food, e bebidas à hora do almoço e durante a tarde.

BTL -Badges
– O Badge de acesso à BTL será entregue pela hospedeira que acompanha o autocarro, no dia 16 pela manhã.
Os Hosted Buyers que viajem directamente para a BTL recolhem o seu badge nos balcões de credenciação localizados na entrada principal da FIL (Grand Hall)
